  So call it gain and have X positive. Even the folks in non-tech jobs who hate WFH, griping about missing look-em-in-the-eyes managerialism, or how they can’t do management-by-walking-around, acknowledge the past few months have been more productive and curiously more collaborative (right people across national offices invited to “meetings” and able to attend). So actual productivity up, other factors important to Taylorist managers (but not to individual contributors) sharply down.
