The geographic and economic uniqueness of Nunavut are gigantic uncontrolled variables in your assertion that the cultural correlation is causation.

- nix23 6y agoThat's not a claim but rather questioning the efficiency. But sure it's not that easy, if you destroy one's culture, trow them into another world and let them barely "survive" other factor's play into the hole thing.
