Crappy modulars in the mid-west last maybe a week on the market; places that would have taken months and a couple price drops to sell get multiple offers and vanish. Home builders are busy despite covid-19. They're building on rural lots that have sat empty for years. You can't get a modular home builder to call you back right now; they're too busy filling orders. You know who the buyers are? Refugees from coastal cities.
