Also, according to those stats less than 10% of the mail throughput is used for the benefit of the citizens. Where you informed on this before engaging?

        Perhaps, I believe I was confused with the "55 cents.." reply. I agree that private entities should be treated differently. It was never the objective of the service to work the way it works now.
