Maybe and ironic given the history. Intel got upset about clone x86 CPU's using comparable numbering systems. Reason being 286,386,486 are just numbers and they couldn't trademark numbers. Hence the brand name pentium was born as a way to stop the alternative x86 cpu's capitalising upon what Intel deemed a brand and at the time, it was. Gold and Silver are a bit like numbers, can't be trademark protected and with that, history repeats in many ways and with all that in mind, this is funny for me.
