i don't think so...they already have advertisement of their job board all over their blog and company website..i liked the point that you can leverage your skills or creativity to add another revenue stream apart from your main-stream business.. E.g. the way buxfer guys created iPhone interface for YCNews and Reditt.. since they already knew how to develop iPhone interface it's just extending their skills to reach out to more users..
