- skissane 6y agoThe CPD was founded in 1987, but Ross Perot didn't run for President until 1992. How can the former be "born out of" the later, when the former happened five years before the later did?
- kyuudou 6y agoPoor wording on my part - I meant specifically the controversial 15% rule was in direct response to Perot's success in 1992.
