Org charts are pretty common in my workplace. I wonder what facilities are available to Microsoft employees to discover people outside their teams when seeking assistance or niche experience. You can see a “who reports to who” in Outlook on our phones when searching peoples names but I don’t think that’s how these peripheral connections are being made.
