Without any insight into what the teams are doing, my guess is that results will be some time as they are likely focusing on engineering outcomes that require multiple survey styles and longer timelines, e.g. code metrics, engineering happiness, release frequency, bug trends etc etc rather than the easily collected metrics presented in the OP.
