Realistically though, CBP isn't going to come after you if you're buying a few hundred bucks of apparel for personal use.

  There are well known open air markets in downtown Manhattan where everyone goes for counterfeit goods. If that place stays open, I really doubt getting one jersey with freehongkong written on it is going to set off their alarm bells.
