I could tell you the same advice others have given you here, or those you already looked up: Get a hobby like reading, Exercise everyday, go see a doctor etc. All those things work. But do you have someone to talk to, other than over an anonymous post on HN? I dont know what use I could be of, but I can lend a ear anytime you need one. Or maybe help talk stuff over.
