I forgot to add that the main reason for setting up unbound is to use DNS over TLS. I am not suggesting to ditch DoH and go back to unencrypted DNS. There are a number of small independent and trusted DNS providers who support DoT. Uncensored DNS is one that I woul absolutely recommend.
