Well your first mistake was working for a bank. These are notoriously against innovation of any sort!
- MattGaiser 6y agoThis one was a smaller regional (50 billion CAD) bank that swaps between seeing the writing on the wall (oblivion in a globalising world) and periodically firing the innovation team. There is so much to improve and none of it seemed to ever happen.
