  People who drink a little tend to live longer than those who don't, so I'd say it's probably fine within limits. But no, that's not what I did. I called out as nonsense your claim that all of those things, as a list, constitute a cancer cure. Someone sticking to your rules may still get it, and it's sets of rules like this that constitute a lot of the cancer pseudo-science and woo that gets thrown around. Of course you shouldn't smoke, that doesn't make your statement "true".

    Okay, so you agree with what I said on that matter, since I directly called out the failure of autophagy to reign in oncogenesis in older individuals.

      Even when things like giving up after a problem with it are taken out of the picture, there appears to be an effect. It appears to be a real thing, even if not yet fully understood.

        Grapes are healthy, no need for wine/alcohol to get benefits from it.
