It's a badly written article and headline. The US was ranked worst among the G7, a very specific group of countries.

- dangus 6y agoIn my opinion, the US is basically two countries due to the inequality. For professionals, it’s possibly the best place to live in the world. For the working class, you’re better off elsewhere.
