Public schools have failed students, especially minorities. Good
- skrowl 6y agoI wish we had decent charter school options where I live. I bet A LOT of parents have this same wish.
- aaomidi 6y agoCharter schools take funding that was made by the public for the public and decide to do whatever they want from it. Charter schools are also not required to provide adequate support for children that need extra accommodation.

- aaomidi 6y agoAnd to add onto this, the lack of parents have been a top down failure from the US government as well.
- aaomidi 6y agoThis is completely false. Mismanaged school systems have failed minorities. Rampant wage theft and inequality has failed minorities. Schools can only do so much within a broken society and broken system. They were doing the best they can with the tools given to them. How does public schooling failing help minorities in any way what so ever?
