  If you're not a grumpy person by nature, I doubt an article is going to convince you to start being grumpy. Not that it's even possible to change your innate nature. I'm grumpy by nature and every attempt to be more positive and carefree has been disastrous and miserable. Maybe it works the same way if you wanted to be grumpy
