I've flown a lot domestically in my life, but because I live in the middle of the US (Houston), I've almost NEVER been on a super large plane like a 747. I'm kind of sad about that. In the last few years I've been on a few big Airbus planes going to the mideast or the UK; they're nice. But they're not the icons that the 747 was.
