  Thank you for maintaining the extension until now! Sadly the improperly configured Outlook clients are still not extinct in some of the organizations we work with. Does anyone know a good guide (with screenshots would be ideal) of the settings they would have to change?

    Thanks, I am proud I was able to give back something useful for a time. Unfortunately it's not only the clients it's the servers as well.
