It remains end to end encrypted due the fact you have to use ProtonMail's desktop bridge.
- burntoutfire 6y agoWhich, at least for me, has never worked properly (I check after each update) and still leads to lags and timeouts in Thunderbird/Outlook. If they don't fix it till my protonmail's subscription expires, I guess I'm moving to another provider.
