- jimbob45 6y agoTo me, it seems like the system is working as intended. Rather well, actually, because a bad doctor was brought to light with a fairly benign case rather than something potentially deadly later on.
- cryptoz 6y agoThe system is working rather well because an innocent kid has been hurt? What kind of system is that? That's a cruel and horrible 'system' and needs to be completely rethought.
- RIMR 6y agoThe fact that a child fell victim to this kind of calculated medical misconduct in the first place is pretty clear evidence that the system is not "working as intended". How often does stuff like this happen, but we don't hear about it? Jails and prisons are human rights black holes.
- fuvkthisguy 6y agoOkay, but just so we're clear, what is concerning here isn't the system, it's the morality of what happened and how/why it happened. Wait, no - it is about the system. There is obviously a problem if this is one of the acceptable outcomes.
- powersnail 6y agoThe justice system is working as intended. The prison (or juvenile hall) most certainly isn't.
