I used Firefox uBlock Origin and didn't get any ads.
- alias_neo 6y agoInteresting point. I also use uBlock Origin (what sane person doesn't these days?) but I also browse HN primarily on mobile and the video opened in the app, where of course uBlock doesn't work. I even have a PiHole, also doesn't work for YouTube. I think it's the first time I've ever seen a YouTube video linked on HN.
