Imagine if instead of doing an overt hack, a malicious actor instead use the POTUS account to tweet something extremely controversial, such as a racial slur. The fallout would be immense, and can single-handedly swing an election. The hacking of Hillary Clinton's email, is only the tip of the iceberg.
