In February this year I had a flue with complications,which was followed by a bacterial infection. It was so bad that every time I was caughing, I thought my ribcage will explode and my head will pop. I was caughing so much that for a few days I was going through a box of tissues each night. It took 2 weeks to pull out of it. Then I thought for myself that next time I may not be that lucky with my lungs and stopped smoking immediately. I feel so much better now.
