This problem is perfectly clear to people who have had senior level careers in any other professional industry. Software does not know how to assess people because it lacks ethics and standards. It’s a problem that most people seem to not want fixed until they are themselves negatively impacted. Since the very concept of ethics is so utterly foreign its need and application cannot be effectively communicated without resulting in some manner of embarrassment or hostility.
