I don't want to be a hater but I can't say I've had the best service, I've sent 3 emails around my solution needs (one directly to Sheel from a comment he placed here on HN) but no response, from the looks of the other comments maybe mines a one off.
- cullenking 16y agoIt's hard - I try my best to answer every one of the 50 or so messages a day I receive while operating my startup. Every once in a while one drops through the cracks, or a few if I don't re-check my inbox, and I feel like a real ass.
