Those GAN "photos" all have a certain look: the background contains no concrete objects, even out of focus ones, but are usually not a solid color backdrop. It's usually something that looks like a normal background until you look closer, and realize it doesn't make sense. There are also problems with the details of this face, if you look closely enough. This one's rightmost tooth has an odd blurred boundary with the one next to it. The shirt also look odd.
