you forget that people can bully each other online, sabotage businesses for no reason, and that the person or business bullied should have the right to have the content removed.
- gruez 6y agoWhether or not "the right to be forgotten" can be used for "good" is irrelevant to the discussion on whether it's flawed, or can be abused. Just as mob justice can be used for "good" (eg. punishing individuals protected by a corrupt justice system), doesn't mean we should endorse it.
