Hardly counts a valid reason now, does it?
- drbojingle 6y agofrom the perspective of an employee it might not. If your goal is to get the best people at the cheapest prices it's logic to do things that will make them accept lower salary (ideally you do it without making a meme, but eh, can't win um all I guess)
