Same happening for about 5 weeks now with my left and now a little bit on the right. Had the right replaced earlier because it kept randomly buzzing. It's actually really helpful to see that it doesn't happen when Noise Control is Off, since I failed to notice that. That gives me a mode that works temporarily. Had no real issue getting replacements(for both sides since I think it's starting on the right too) in the mail just now (since my local Apple stores are closed). Do need to provide a credit card hold / deposit until you return the old ones. Last time my replacement included fresh ear tips too so a small bonus for the trouble.
