Although it's not clearly on their radar, this is something nVidia could pull off. They've got Tegra and experience targeting 5nm, or at least, they appear to be growing it. It could be reasonable to see nVidia willing to jump to 5nm for Orin or whatever is after it. Yeah I don't know how realistic that is, but, I struggle to guess at any other company that could stand up and go toe-to-toe with Apple at least in some target markets on ARM... if they wanted.
