I don’t get why exactly this is bad. The listed competition, namely Nvidia, AMD and Qualcomm are all American multinational corps. More competition within the US means more innovation within the US, no?
- Cu3PO42 6y agoYou're missing the part where Nvidia and AMD have their latest and greatest chips made by TSMC. Arguably the node is just as important as the design supplied. Intel does both designing and fabbing in the US.
