- crazygringo 6y agoEven the US post office will not insure any package for more than $50,000, and most packages have a maximum insurance of just $5,000. Most companies are not interested in guaranteeing the transportation of extreme valuables because it's not a service they can profitably provide at a level people are willing to pay for.
