That's an optimistic short. Especially for companies like Google who are prime to take over the internet of corporate function. Imagine how those premises apply in covid-remote-enterprise world and any existing major player built on the foundations of on-prem corporate function and real estate ... especially the inner-city & inner-building support businesses (food/beverage, commute, telecom, hotel). Im more inclined to think large tech companies are prone to further growth here.
