Not only is there habituation, but sex is something the brain reacts pretty strongly to. It can't be that neutral. There are also the ethics of how porn is created - basically prostitution with a camera. And the social aspects of it all : intimacy as something banal, available at any time, completely separated from actual human relationships, and marketable.
