Not sure how this is different from a cruise-ship but I don't see why between satellites and high-altitude stationary relays (or something like Tesla Starlink)

Not sure how this is different from a cruise-ship but I don't see why between satellites and high-altitude stationary relays (or something like Tesla Starlink) couldn't work. For sure though, it's a different life-pace.
