Meaning if you have 4.7 or 11.5 years of experience, don't bother applying. You can be Jeff Dean or Linus or Guido -- but if you don't have 5-10 years in ALL of these then please don't waste our time or yours. Not that we have any idea what we mean when we say 'years of experience', or why this magical number matters, anyway."
