- wmf 6y agoI don't think patents are defensible against FAANGs either.
- hi_im_miles 6y agoYeah, this article is assuming a competitive environment when in reality there exists an arsenal of state tools available for corporations to entrench themselves as monopolies: IP protections, subsidies/contracts, regulatory capture, etc etc.
