From the comments below the article: "I am an American and I do smile a lot. I am happy, content, and armed. I do not fear strangers, and I smile because I am happy to share my joy with you." He-he... A perfect example of neurotic behavior. And fearing no strangers and being armed is something in the same league with being happy and content - that's really an awesome indicator for an open and friendly culture ;)
