I'm an F# developer, so I'm usually psyched to see F# articles on Hacker News. In this case, though, I can't even tell what this is supposed to be or why I should care.
- DanielBMarkham 6y ago1. It's a program to translate LeanPub files to html 2. Because F# is fun? An hour or two of work, get something useful done, go do other things. Would you rather spend month-after-month hip-deep in some library or framework or simply solve a problem and move on? I'll take the quick, useful, fun version, please.
- Dolores12 6y agoSame here, after the video i couldn't tell why would this guy want to finish to the end. He could go with one big try\catch exception that returns empty array in except block.
