Spreading green vehicles on the Earth's surface would stop vast amounts of CO2 being added to the air. The fuel cost is none (and sustainable for roughly the Sun's lifetime), fuel-transportation costs much lower, the waste costs almost nil. The investment would be large, the likely return on that investment substantially greater. The more quickly we make this choice, the sooner the world benefits. Removing CO2 may be necessary; stopping CO2 addition has to become a critical priority.
