In New Zealand we call these PMSs, or Patient Management Systems. This is not confused with Pre-Menstrual Syndrome here as we use the acronym PMT, or Pre-Menstrual Tension instead. When speaking to colleagues in the US however, I always have to remember to use EMR/EHR!
