Sure, I could see that. But it’s a newspaper headline. It’s not the title of a scientific paper. And since we can’t devise repeatable experiments for the truth or falsehood of news articles (though I give it 50/50 odds someone might post a comment now proposing how we could ;) ) news articles cannot have the same kind of confidence that scientific papers have. As revolting as that idea may be ;)
