Well, if you reason it out, which applicant is less likely to get the company in trouble? The one who gets caught, or the one who doesn't?
- wging 16y agoBut isn't pretending you're this guy and trying to determine what you'd do based on what's smart and rational kind of a glaring contradiction?
- athom 16y agoWell, if you want to talk about that sort of thing, I'm not sure it makes a lot of sense to trust anything an applicant for this sort of job might say about his criminal record. Or anything else.
