How should I prepare myself for the AI revolution?

Hi there! I recently finished a BS in CS and am currently working as a SWE. I am excited about the upcoming prospects for artificial intelligence and I wanted to get some thoughts on the best way to take advantage of this tidal wave of change. I am intending on starting an MS in CS soon and have thought about a PhD in CS (but this is uncertain). Could you let me know what your thoughts are on the pros and cons of getting a CS PhD in the context of this upcoming revolution? In what other ways could a young person best set themselves up to take full advantage of this change?
