Except the decision does not say that, it says that sex discrimination is discrimination based on sex, rather than on gender identity; however gender identity discrimination is inherently sex discrimination anyway.
- scarface74 6y agoNot if you believe that there is no such thing as someone being transgender and that your gender is what God gave you. Do you really think that he put out this guidance for any other reason than to pander to the religious right?
