I expect it's because of the redundancy in the posts. My reasoning for that is my feeling that 'adding on' another thing to keep in mind would have made the thought too incomplete to be useful on its own. Either way I strongly feel that giving people a way to move on to the next big important mission as they progress is the real secret. Humans get bored and all the bonuses and free lunches in the world won't keep highly motivated talent from seeking out something they consider 'worthy' of their time.
