How much time did you spend commuting, though? Many people in the Bay Area spent a lot more than 40m on their daily commute. I spent 1h15m on my walk to/from work.
- stephen_cagle 6y agoI was recently laid off, but at my last 2 previous jobs I spend exactly 25 minutes door to door (Oakland to SF).
- pmiller2 6y agoThat’s hard to pull off, unless you practically live inside a BART station, and your workplace is also right next to one.
- stephen_cagle 6y agoHah, more than that, I insisted on arriving at work at 7:00 AM and leaving at 3:00 PM, so I could get the sweet sweet 12 minute commute both ways. :)
