HN readers are hypersensitive to coin stuff — far moreso than most topics. Thank you for taking the time to reply, it does lessen the concerns somewhat. I think that I'm still very wary of this due to their dependence on blockchain and lack of clear profit model. I wish they had a tech landing page that explained why they're interesting (and not just 'woo blockchain') succinctly.
