This should not have been allowed to happen in the first place, and us arguing whether the driver was in the right is not entirely where we should be. People should have been arrested for: 1. Blocking the road. 2. Jumping infront of a moving vehicle. 3. Pushing/hitting/attacking pedestrians. 4. Damaging the vehicle. 5. Shooting / attacking the vehicle. 6. Intimidation
